Getting access

ystia is available to invited members of participating hospital research teams. Downloading the app does not create a hospital membership. Use your invited email address and the verification link sent to it. Your hospital administrator manages your affiliation and access.

Reporting a problem

Include your app version, device model, operating-system version and what you were doing when the problem occurred. Do not include patient identifiers, medical images, verification links, passwords or authentication tokens in ordinary email or store feedback. We will arrange an appropriate channel if additional information is needed.

Privacy and account requests

Read the privacy policy or request account deletion. Signing out and disabling notifications do not delete your account.

Research use

ystia displays research outputs from a separate imaging workstation. It is not intended for diagnosis or treatment decisions. Notifications and progress displays depend on network and operating-system delivery and are not an emergency communication channel.
